Empowering people is what I do. If you've ever worked with me as a peer or a client, you've seen my dedication and passion to helping people succeed. I've worked with clients across multiple industries helping them to discover and expand their technology to achieve more in a ever changing technology landscape.
My extensive background in IT support and sales, combined with my diverse experience in community engagement and leadership have given me the tools and skills to approach every problem with an innovative and unique perspective that leads to business changing solutions.
It's important to me that we in IT always see the people behind the technology and strive to approach solutions with a people first mindset. If you were to ask me what I love most about my job or what gets me out of bed in the morning, it is working towards that moment when a client or peer says, "This is a game changer, thanks!". I've found that if you are constantly striving for the level of impact with people, then the work is easy and the rewards are effortless.
Apart from managing accounts and helping client transform their technology, I have also devoted several years to spearheading efforts in diversity and inclusion, collaborating with numerous local nonprofit organizations to raise awareness, secure funding, and enhance their use of technology to further their mission. Helping to create and foster employee engagement through efforts to give back is an amazing way to connect with peers and community and truly make a difference.
When not working to improve the lives of clients, peers, or community. I spend my free time out exploring small town communities, thrifting or antique shopping, checking out small local businesses and restaurants. I also love to be outside, whether just sitting out and enjoying the birds or working in the garden with our old chocolate lab.
